We want to know what inspires the fire inside of you.Thank you again for your interest in Bertucci's!Primary Responsibilities:Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:Preferred skills: Attention to detailPosition Requirements:Must be at least 18 years oldCommitment to high standardsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shiftAbility to work in extreme temperaturesSome heavy lifting (up to 75lbs)Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring that clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher, delivering clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits, rinsing bus buckets, cleaning, and drying of pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes, trash removal, and general cleaning of the work areaDishwashers also may be needed to receive, unload, and rotate products from vendorsGeneral location maintenance also may be requiredAssist cooks with prep as neededPrepares the dishwashing machine for daily activity by opening and visually inspection the machine for cracked or broken equipment and/or dishes as designatedIdentifies broken and/ or cracked dishes and discards in the appropriate locationMonitors dishwashing machine for correct operation and reports machine malfunction and/ or failure promptlyCleaning dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at the close of business dayBenefits:Great payFlexible schedulesMedical & dental insuranceShort term disability insuranceVision care programPaid vacationDirect depositTuition assistanceMeal discountsAt the center of every Bertucci's, lives our brick oven.
