Mondrian South Beach is seeking a hospitality professional to assist in organizing and managing the daily Food & Beverage operations, with a primary focus on the Pool and Bar areas while floating to other outlets as needed. You will supervise service, monitor guest satisfaction, train staff, manage opening/closing duties, and participate in inventory and cost controls to ensure a premium guest experience.
