We're looking for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent. Position: Recruiter Recruiter Pay: $18.00 per hour + Uncapped Monthly Commission! Location: Utica, MI Recruiter Job Type: Full-time Recruiter Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards and cold calling Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience. Build and maintain relationships with candidates. Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client staffing needs and requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment. Recruiter Qualifications Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships. High level of motivation, resilience, and a "never give up" attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
