License: Indiana license required

Certifications: BLS, ARRT CT, ARRT R

Must-Have: Prior charge experience, experience with patient ratio, experience in community hospital settings preferred, skills in various CT procedures, including abdomen, chest, brain perfusion, and vascular imaging

Description: Confirm traveler is aware of the shift details. Traveler must be comfortable with the required shifts. Shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 19:00 to 7:30. Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Block schedule is open for accommodation. Local candidates are accepted. Must have two supervisor references. Floating is required within the facility or to nearby affiliates. Experience with isolation precautions and radiation safety is needed. Pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient age groups are present. Daily census in the unit is approximately 45. Expected patient ratios for days are 8, and for nights are 1. Contracts will allow for auto-approval of 5 days of non-holiday time off or less. Temporary licenses may be obtained while permanent applications are in process. Candidates must be aware of background policies prior to submission. Floating is mandated for all travelers. Travelers must meet specific experience requirements.
