Part-Time NP / PA-C - Occupational MedicineHatfield, PA | 2-3 Days Per Week | $60-$75/hrBe an expert, not average.Industry Health Solutions is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified to join our Occupational Medicine Health Unit in Hatfield, PA.This is a great opportunity for a clinically confident provider who enjoys occupational medicine, musculoskeletal care, injury management, and working as part of a collaborative onsite healthcare team.You will work alongside physical therapists, athletic trainers, certified medical assistants, injury prevention specialists, and case managers to provide high-quality care to employees in an employer-sponsored occupational health setting.What You'll DoEvaluate and treat workplace injuries, including sprains, strains, lacerations, contusions, burns, and chemical exposures.Perform DOT physicals and occupational medical screenings.Support treatment planning, documentation, and return-to-work decisions.Perform procedures such as suturing and joint injections, as appropriate.Collaborate with case management and workers' compensation teams.Help employees stay safe, healthy, and productive at work.What We're Looking ForLicensed Pennsylvania NP or PA-C in good standing.Strong orthopedic / musculoskeletal skills.Preferably 2+ years of clinical experience.Occupational medicine experience preferred.Confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.SchedulePart-time / per diem.Tuesdays and Thursdays.8-10 hour day shifts.Potential for 2-3 days per week.In-person role in Hatfield, PA.Pay$60.00-$75.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and occupational medicine expertise.Why Join IHS?At Industry Health Solutions, we focus on clinical excellence, compassion, attention to detail, and making a measurable difference in the lives of our customers and their employees.
