Part-Time/Seasonal is how we like to classify this position. Our event season ramps up Late Spring-Fall and has changed through the years. Events happen on weekends, early mornings or late nights, they are always scheduled 10-14 days in advance so they will not be last minute but they can happen at any hour of the day for any length of time. We are looking for someone whose flexibility takes those responsibilities into account.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

1. Hands-on event execution: You’ll be at the heart of our events, ensuring smooth setup and teardown, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
2. Leadership and management: Some manual labor necessary, guide small teams to deliver top-notch experiences for our clients and sponsors and oversee tasks for people collaborating on activations.
3. Client engagement: You’ll be the face of our events, interacting with attendees, sponsors, and clients, using your charming personality and sales know-how to elevate their experience.
4. Physical work: From handling equipment to setting up event spaces, you’ll need to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move with agility.
5. Flexibility and initiative: Whether taking direction or stepping up with new ideas, you’ll be a crucial part of the team’s success.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is a big plus and will help you thrive in this role.
