We are seeking a Senior Analyst who can take complex, raw datasets and deliver clear, actionable answers to business-critical questions. In this role, you will work with large, messy data environments, design the logic and models powering trend analysis and forecasting, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for client stakeholders.

Joining a agile, senior intelligence team, you will take the lead on analytical operations and onboarding for new clients.

What You Will Do

Data Onboarding & Preparation

• Ingest Client Data: Ingest multi-source datasets (CRM, transactions, enrollment, web, media, and third-party files), assess data hygiene, and define analytical parameters and limitations.
• Data Wrangling: Clean, join, and structure large datasets (millions of records) into robust analytical tables.
• Automation: Build repeatable data pipelines and logic to streamline recurring monthly analyses.

Analysis & Modeling

• Performance Analysis: Evaluate business and marketing trends to uncover key drivers, business impacts, and progress toward client goals.
• Predictive Analytics: Build forecasting and predictive models (e.g., regression, time series, propensity, LTV) to project outcomes and quantify strategic opportunities.
• Customer & Campaign Insights: Conduct audience segmentation, cohort analysis, retention studies, and multi-channel performance evaluations.
• Experimentation & Testing: Design measurement frameworks for campaigns and A/B tests, ensuring robust control groups and incrementality measurement.

Insight & Storytelling

• Actionable Reporting: Translate findings into executive-ready narratives that lead with key takeaways, backed by data evidence and clear next steps.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Present findings directly to executive client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams (account, media, creative).
• Reporting Integration: Collaborate with dashboard and automation leads to integrate recurring key metrics into automated reporting suites.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in business, marketing, or customer analytics, preferably within an agency or consulting environment managing multiple clients.
• Advanced Excel: Deep proficiency in Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, dynamic arrays (LET, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), and scenario modeling.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong capability querying and manipulating large datasets in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL Server).
• Statistical Programming: Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling, regression, and forecasting.
• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building reports or dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• Statistical Foundation: Solid understanding of hypothesis testing, significance, predictive modeling, and identifying data noise vs. true signal.
• Business Acumen: Strong grasp of commercial and marketing mechanics, including funnels, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), media attribution, and acquisition economics.
• Communication: Proven ability to independently derive insights and communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
• Background in healthcare, higher education, financial services, or government sectors.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts.
