Inside Sales Representative
Our client, a well-established leader in the hobby industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the Dealer Sales department supporting the dealer network. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range: $18- $20
Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer inquiries via phone and email
- Take and process dealer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information, availability, and pricing details
- Assist dealers with order status, returns, and general account questions
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or account management preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly
