- Lead complex cross-functional and multi-site projects, multiple workstreams, and matrixed project teams with minimal oversight.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, barriers, budgets or resource needs, stakeholder expectations, and change impacts.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, business process mapping, root cause analysis, process redesign, and other structured improvement activities.
- Create and maintain accurate project documentation, action tracking, dashboards, communications, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure implemented improvements include clear ownership, controls, and sustainment plans.
- Provide recommendations to leadership regarding project prioritization, investment, sequencing, and resourcing.
Coaching, Capability Building, and Collaboration
- Coach leaders, project teams, and CI practitioners on COS principles, Lean and Six Sigma tools, project management, and change leadership.
- Mentor less-experienced project leaders and review project plans, methods, analyses, and deliverables to improve quality and capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant and functional leaders by translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Build alignment across functions and locations, influence without direct authority, and help resolve competing priorities or barriers.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and problem-solving activities for varied organizational audiences.
