Direct Counsel

is seeking a Litigation Associate with

3 – 5 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation at a large, preferably national law firm

. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in sophisticated litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and fraud cases. Specific experience with consumer class action defense and/or healthcare litigation is preferred but not required. Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate will have a: Strong background in litigation practice, Excellent legal research and writing skills, Experience handling e-discovery issues and document productions, Overall track record of high-quality work. Degree from a top fifty law school is preferred but not required. Someone who is hardworking, self-motivated, detail-oriented, Demonstrates exceptional analytical abilities. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California. Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings and motions, Conducting legal research, Assisting with discovery (including e-discovery), Supporting trial preparation under the guidance of senior attorneys. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$180,000 – $230,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Bonus

: Potential of up to $106,000 Comprehensive Benefits:
