Case Design Analyst

An embedded description of the job role states that Pacific Life seeks several talented Case Design Analysts for its Case Design Team located in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. The position emphasizes providing best-in-class service, support, and training to internal and external customers to promote sales goals. Location: Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. Hybrid schedule; employee required to be in office one day per week. Responsibilities Provide Case Design and Illustration Software Support by answering phone calls and responding to email requests related to products, concepts, and software. Produce accurate illustrations within specified time frames after receiving requests. Support and test all software applications used by the department; provide end‑user testing of illustration software. Assist in generating in‑force proposals and support marketing campaign initiatives. Provide consultative case design assistance by aligning requestor goals with appropriate products, riders, and features. Troubleshoot and analyze software issues to determine validity of issues. Provide case design training support. Qualifications 1–2+ years of life insurance industry experience with running illustrations and knowledge of case design. FINRA Series 6, Series 63, SIE, and life licenses required within 180 days of start date. Detail‑oriented with analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills for contact with field representatives and internal personnel. Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced teamwork environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Standing Out Knowledgeable of Pacific Life products. Strong user of Pacific Life's Illustration software. Experience with hybrid work schedules.
