Associate Manager Clinic Operations - Family Medicine

The Practice Manager I provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within Providence Medical Group Specific responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Practice Manager I’s hired after 12/1/2016 are required to have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field. Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License

1. year Practice management experience.
2. years Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
