Responsibilities
- Perform nutrition assessments and Nutrition-Focused Physical Examinations (NFPE) to develop and monitor individualized care plans for diverse patient populations from neonates to geriatrics.
- Manage enteral nutrition (tube feedings) and total parenteral nutrition (TPN) needs, including appropriate weaning, formula selection, and monitoring of tolerance and complications.
- Oversee diabetes management, including insulin therapy, and maintain fluid/electrolyte balance within prescribed plans.
- Provide wound care-related nutrition support and manage nutrition for chronic disease conditions (e.g., liver, kidney, cancer) across pediatric through geriatric age groups.
- Teach and support food safety audits as required by the role, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document in the electronic charting system, and adjust nutrition interventions as patient status evolves.

Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical dietitian experience
- RD/RDN credential required; BLS certification
- Proficiency with Epic charting
- Ability to float within the hospital or affiliate facilities; travel distance up to ~20 miles
- Available to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days
- Local radius rules: 50-mile local radius; may submit to only 1 location within the region
