• Perform initial assessments through structured interviews and evidence-based evaluation tools to identify clients' needs and appropriate treatment pathways.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through virtual platforms, catering to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create integrated care plans that encompass all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation via our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Continuously update your knowledge in mental health practices by attending workshops, seminars, and potential conferences relevant to your role.

You will engage with a diverse array of clients, each facing unique challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. By developing individualized treatment plans, you will be essential in guiding clients through their personalized paths to recovery and personal growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience delivering counseling services in a clinical or similar environment.

• Experience in teletherapy is a plus, allowing for a smoother transition into our remote work environment.
