Senior Product Designer, AI Enablement

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer AI Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long‑term growth within a healthcare environment. Location: Seattle, WA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $350,000 – $520,000 annually. Responsibilities Define systems architecture for an intelligent UI library in collaboration with design leads. Automate workflows to reduce friction for customers and internal users across the platform. Normalize and structure legacy UI through AI-assisted documentation. Create high‑fidelity interactive prototypes showcasing advanced features and interactions. Ensure AI‑generated outputs align with quality and user‑centric standards. Mentor design teams on AI integration within workflows. Collaborate with product design and machine learning teams to ensure technical alignment and optimization. Qualifications 5-7 years of product design experience focused on complex systems architecture. Proficient in modern AI technologies, particularly LLMs and media generation models. Understanding of agentic systems and workflows for scalable design processes. Ability to use AI‑native tools for innovative design and engineering handoffs. Strong grasp of design system scalability, particularly for dynamic content. Judgment to balance automation and maintaining human coherence in user journeys.
