• 100% ambulatory practice -- no hospital rounding or admissions
• Flexible scheduling: 4/10-hour, 5/8-hour, or 3/12-hour day options available
• 32 clinical hours and 8 admin hours per week with excellent work-life balance
• Very limited call coverage -- triage night nurse handles after-hours calls
• Federally Qualified Health Center qualifying for federal and state loan repayment
