About the team: The team leads structured cabling execution for Walmart’s Special Projects and New Store programs, ensuring reliable network infrastructure across a high-volume construction portfolio. They translate business and technology requirements into actionable projects, managing scopes, schedules, budgets, vendors, and risks. Collaborating with Construction, Realty, Technology, and vendor partners, the team aligns infrastructure delivery with construction timelines and technology needs. This data-driven group emphasizes performance metrics, continuous improvement, and hands-on project management to deliver quality results safely, on time, and within budget, supporting Walmart’s operational and strategic goals.
