Power Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Ashburn, VAComputer World Services – CWS /Full-time /HybridCWS seeks a Power Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC) contract. The Power BI Analyst develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and analytics to support NOC leadership decision-making and contract performance reporting.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement visual dashboards for performance and SLA reporting.Integrate data from ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and other tools.Ensure data accuracy and report reliability.Conduct trend and predictive analytics to identify performance risks.Support automation of reporting processes.Required QualificationsBachelor’s in Data Science, IT, or related discipline.6+ years with Power BI and enterprise analytics tools.Strong data modeling and SQL skills.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate.Federal reporting experience.Place of Performance Springfield and Ashburn, VA (with possible travel to Orlando, FL, and other CBP facilities).Clearance Must have favorably passed a full five (5) year background investigation (BI) required by CBP policies and procedures for employment prior to beginning work with CBP.$110,000 - $160,000 a yearThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
