Greeter/Porter/Driver

Job Title

Responsibilities

• Pickup & Re-Delivery of vehicles to guest's home or work.
• Communicate with guests & Service Advisors to keep Pickup & Re-Delivery of vehicles on schedule
• Utilization of smart phone based tracking app
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot, customer home or work as needed
• Document parking location on key tags for inventory of service vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various area locations.
• May drive shuttle van at times to shuttle customers to and from home or work
• Perform quick test of batteries and wheel alignments using quick check equipment in service lane
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Communication skills / Customer Service knowledge
• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

PART TIME or FULL TIME may be available.

Compensation $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
