Physical Therapy Assistant

CareRite Centers is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support our resident-centered rehabilitation programs in a skilled nursing environment. The PTA will assist physical therapists with carrying out individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities for post-acute and long-term care residents. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, maintaining equipment, documenting resident progress, and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team.
