- The UKG Analyst operates as a leader and change agent within the IT organization.
- Our client is currently utilizing Kronos iSeries timekeeping solution with 4500 clocks.
- Our client has decided to migrate from the iSeries to UKG WFM Pro and replace all of their clocks with new UKG DX clocks. We are looking for an expert to implement UKG WFM Pro/Dimension who can be their advocate during this migration.
- Our client is working with UKG to implement, but want someone who is extremely knowledgeable in the UKG ECO System to be their advocate for implementing this solution.
- This individual should be a team player who possesses excellent communication skills and can interact with management at all levels from CIO, VP, Terminal Managers, Clerks, IT, Training and Operations. Our client's organization values transparency and we want to be empowered so that we can take ownership for the UKG solution on day one
- The expectation is our client wants you to train them so they can do it ourselves and then you can work on more strategic items.
- Our client wants you to leverage UKG best practices when implementing the solution, but their organization is not a Boomi or Google data shop so you don't need to be experts in those technologies.
- They want to OPTIMIZE their UKG implementation so utilize those integration to improve performance for UKG is fine, but whenever possible they would love to ensure that they can feed the data to their internal data repository. Note: Our client's HCM/Benefits/payroll are all in Oracle Fusion so they need to ensure that you are building a solution that can most effectively harness the best capabilities of UKG & Oracle to create a best in class experience for our workforce of 23,000+ employees. They have a national footprint and this project will impact approximately 300 terminals across the US
- Our freight transport client is looking for a UKG Analyst with experience configuring the Time, Accruals, Attendance, and Company Managed Leave modules towards a system go-live date of June 2025.
- The right candidate will have experience implementing UKG WFM Pro and will able to be a client advocate for effective processes and practices surround the use of the system and UKG DX clocks.
- The system is integrated with Oracle Fusion, so if you have experience with UKG and Oracle Fusion together, you would be an excellent fit here.

- Experience configuring the following modules in UKG Time, Accruals, Attendance, and Company Managed Leave
- Possess a good understanding of UKG Best Practices for Implementation/Migration
- Have extensive understanding of UKG APIs.
- Strong Understanding of UKG Best Practices
- Must have experience implementing UKG WFM
- Must have experience deploying UKG APIs
- Experience executing end-to-end testing and managing the testing process
- Experience working in multiple roles in the UKG Eco System
- 5+ years of experience Implementing UKG WFM Solution (recent last 5 years)
- Expertise migrating from Kronos iSeries to UKG WFM
- 5+ years utilizing UKG API (recent last 5 years)
- 5+ Years experience soliciting requirements
- Experience with configuring, downloading and rolling out UKG DX Clocks
- Must possess excellent organization skills as this project will require the lots of coordination
- Must be very detail oriented as the details are what matters, but also understands how to summarize things when speaking to Executives/Management
- Excellent Communication Skills - Will be responsible for engaging stakeholders of various levels (management, operations, and IT)
- Excel at requirements gathering & facilitation. May be asked to lead small & large sessions with key stakeholders from the business, operations, IT, and/or management.
- Serve as UKG evangelist across all levels of the organization
- Must be a good trainer so that they can teach the Business & IT how to leverage Kronos tools, Documentation & Training to enhance our knowledge
- Seasoned in managing tradeoffs and risks, adapting to change & uncertainty and making recommendations with imperfect information
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strategic thinking and time management skills
