Assistant Director of Nursing (DON) - Brunswick, OH RN Preferred 75k-90k Job Summary: Pearlview Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team in Brunswick, OH. The successful candidate will assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Services department. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing the Nursing Services department's programs and activities Wound Rounds with phyician Interpret and communicate policies and procedures to nursing staff Monitor staff practices and implementation, and participate in staff evaluations Participate in all admission decisions as indicated Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and resolve issues and improve the quality of services Assist with oversight of nursing schedules and budget development Conduct rounds to observe residents and ensure nursing needs are met Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator Requirements: A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care Current CPR certification What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment A dynamic and caring organization committed to providing excellence in patient care How to Apply: If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a passion for leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
