FP&A Senior Analyst

As department count and spend grow with headcount, this role gives each partner area a dedicated finance partner. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll serve as a business partner to functional leaders (e.g., Monthly headcount cost reconciliation with People Ops Partner reporting and dashboards, built on the Datarails platform Translate current and past financial and operational data into clear recommendations for functional leaders Identify and implement process improvements to streamline manual workflows and enhance reporting accuracy Prepare analysis and talking points for leadership, and support board and investor materials as needed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field, or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with finance systems (ERP such as NetSuite; FP&A planning tool such as Datarails)
• Can operate independently and carry projects forward with minimal direction
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and managing multiple priorities
• Exceptional business partnering and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
