What You'll Do As a Line Feeder Operator, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that keeps our operation running smoothly. No experience? No problem—we'll train you. Your Day-to-day Will Include Operating industrial equipment like shredders and grinders Setting up machines to meet production schedules Loading materials on equipment using a forklift Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as needed Following safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe Occasionally using forklifts to move materials (this is not a full-time forklift-only position) What We're Looking For We're hiring people with the right mindset—not just experience. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are reliable with strong attendance Have a solid work ethic and take initiative Are willing to learn and work as part of a team Have a positive attitude and help others when needed Basic Requirements Able to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am) Comfortable with a rotating schedule (every other weekend) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Comfortable working in hot and cold environments 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, physical, and drug screen Bonus points if you have manufacturing experience, mechanical skills, or basic computer knowledge—but not required.
