Site Supervisor 3rd Shift

Security Site Supervisor – Wilton, CT

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $23/hour

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead overnight operations at our Wilton location. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support on-site security personnel
• Ensure all post orders and procedures are followed
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and team
• Monitor site activity and respond to incidents as needed
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work overnight hours consistently
• Professional and dependable
