Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in transportation, heavy equipment, logistics, or operations management. Comprehensive hands-on training and mentorship Exposure to the transportation, heavy-haul, and crane & rigging industries Career growth opportunities within a nationwide organization Collaborative team environment focused on learning and professional development Opportunity to play a key role in supporting major industrial and infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Coordinate transportation logistics for Barnhart's fleet of cranes, forklifts, hoists, gantries, and other specialized equipment Assist with load planning, scheduling, and shipment coordination Learn and apply federal, state, and local transportation regulations Utilize logistics and transportation management software to support daily operations Communicate with drivers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Support project execution through detailed planning and coordination Develop a strong understanding of the heavy-haul transportation and crane industry Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software Positive attitude and strong work ethic Barnhart Offers $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Comprehensive benefits package Full-time position Opportunities for professional growth and advancement PURPOSE
