Support personal care, hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility needs. Prepare and assist with meals and daily routines. Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. Follow individualized care plans and accurately complete required documentation. Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and leadership to provide exceptional care. What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality. Valid Driver's License Strong desire to support adults with disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect. Preferred Qualifications: Previous caregiving experience. Experience supporting individuals with high medical needs or complex care requirements. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience or certification is strongly preferred. Experience working in Adult Foster Care, group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, home health, or other residential care settings.
