Sr Clinical Support Specialist – Join our team as this front‑line leadership role, coordinating nursing schedules, assisting with onboarding new team members, and serving as a system expert for scheduling workflows. Career growth and development Diverse and collaborative working environment Competitive Benefits Package Tuition Assistance What You’ll Do Act as a lead for clinical support functions, ensuring seamless scheduling across home, ambulatory, and MVAT services. Support nursing coordination while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies. Train and onboard new IV Support Specialists, ensuring competency in scheduling systems. Serve as a key resource for new system implementations that impact scheduling. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Post‑high school education or training (preferred). 2 years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting (preferred). Strong understanding of medical terminology (required). Salary Range Minimum $17.29/hour – Maximum $28.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
