Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Teletherapy Online Therapist

Teletherapist (child, family, adult) We are seeking licensed LCSW professionals in Virginia (and additional states) to provide teletherapy to clients across a range of spectra including Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life. The role supports both part‑time and full‑time therapists. Job Summary Provide 45‑60 minute virtual therapy sessions via a HIPAA‑compliant platform. Conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress notes. Offer input on best strategies and services to support client growth. Participate in the development and enhancement of the teletherapy platform. Responsibilities Deliver therapy sessions virtually as scheduled. Complete assessments and treatment plans. Maintain accurate progress notes. Collaborate on platform improvements and client services. Qualifications & Skills Licensed LCSW in the state of Virginia (additional state licenses are encouraged). Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. Experience working with diverse populations. Proficiency with telehealth technology and a secure, HIPAA‑protected space.
