Leasing Agent - 101 Park Place at Harbor Point AJH Management is seeking a dynamic and resident-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at 101 Park Place , our luxury Harbor Point community. This is more than just a leasing role - it's an opportunity to be part of a high-energy team committed to providing an exceptional living experience for our residents. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, playing a key role in welcoming them to the community while supporting ongoing satisfaction for current residents. You'll work closely with our property management team to ensure a seamless, service-first experience - from first tours to move-in and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with prospective residents to identify their housing needs and present available apartment homes and community amenities using company-approved sales techniques. Conduct tours of model and vacant units as well as amenity spaces. Accurately quote rental rates, fees, and current leasing specials. Respond to and manage all digital and phone leads, ensuring timely and personalized follow-up. Guide applicants through the screening and leasing process, preparing and executing lease agreements and addenda. Ensure all leasing documentation and records are completed, filed, and maintained accurately. Prepare apartments for move-in by coordinating with the maintenance and housekeeping teams; deliver move-in packages, keys, and final touches for a warm welcome. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive properties, neighborhood amenities, and local services to serve as a valuable resource for residents and prospects. Support resident relations by responding to inquiries, service requests, and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Participate in resident engagement efforts, retention strategies, and on-site community events. Provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales. Prior leasing or property management experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management/leasing software preferred. Detail-oriented with a proactive, resident-first mindset. A valid driver's license may be required based on property needs.
