We are seeking an Insurance Agency Support Staff to join our team! This is not a traditional "sit at a desk" job. My agency is changing every day, and we are exploring new approaches to business. There are opportunities for advancement, development, and unlimited earning potential. Wages for this position would be based on several factors primarily including what potential you bring to the table.
Responsibilities:
- Bring positivity and creativity to the workplace
- Be excited to take on new things every day
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Creativity and the ability to put ideas into action
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
