We are seeking an Insurance Agency Support Staff to join our team! This is not a traditional "sit at a desk" job. My agency is changing every day, and we are exploring new approaches to business. • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
