Bayview Rehabilitation is a modern nursing facility with warm staff and a welcoming environment for residents and employees. Location: Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini and Healthcare Center, a 120‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Salary: $25–$35 per hour. Master’s degree preferred. Proficient in Spanish preferred. Minimum three years experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting; experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred. Knowledge of rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. Strong communication skills with ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
