Location: Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA

We are currently looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join our well-established outpatient clinic.

• Full-time employment opportunity available

• At least 2 years of experience is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply

• OB/GYN physicians typically see around 22-25 patients daily in the clinic

• Physicians will provide care at our clinics located in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA

• Average delivery rate is 3-4 per call

• Comprehensive Women's Health services include well-woman exams, prenatal care, high-risk pregnancy management, postpartum care, in-office procedures, specialized surgical interventions, and minimally invasive surgeries

• Call Schedule: 1:10 (approximately 3 calls per month)

• The group consists of 19 physicians: 13 general OB/GYNs, 2 OB/GYN Hospitalists, and 6 Gynecologists

• Strong ancillary support staff available

• Access to a variety of specialists

• Diverse patient demographic

• Deliveries take place at a local hospital equipped with a Level 3 NICU, featuring 24-hour dedicated anesthesiology for labor and delivery, a neonatologist, and an obstetric hospitalist

• Attractive compensation package:

  • Two-year base salary guarantee of $375,000 annually

  • Quarterly wRVU Productivity Incentive Bonus based on performance

  • Up to 10% annual performance incentives

  • Sign-on bonus available
