Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Engineer 2 to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and a collaborative spirit to contribute to our innovative projects. This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates with H1B status are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
• Participate in on-site interviews and assessments as part of the hiring process.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with on-site presence three days a week.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in engineering roles with a strong technical background.
• Ability to work on-site in Tempe, Arizona, three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
• Open to candidates with H1B status.

Pay Range: $58 - $60/hr.
