Position: Respiratory Therapist
Our organization is in search of a talented Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional respiratory care within a modern, patient-focused facility. This role involves evaluating, treating, and overseeing patients suffering from both acute and chronic respiratory issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor patients with pulmonary conditions.
- Administer treatments and manage ventilators and other respiratory devices.
- Engage in rapid response scenarios as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based care.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory health.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Relevant certification and licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Experience in managing acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
