Schedule

This is a night shift position with 3 x 12-hour shifts from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, scheduled for weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in cardiac, stroke, and trauma imaging procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures, including abdomen, chest, cervical, head, lumbar, pelvis, and thoracic scans, both with and without contrast.
• Administer contrast media as required and ensure patient safety by adhering to isolation precautions and PPE protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams and respiratory services, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize PACS for imaging storage and retrieval and perform quality control on imaging equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging procedures accurately in the charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with trauma level I experience.
• Experience with the Community Hospital charting system is required.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
