We’re Hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Position: Full-Time | Location: North Carolina (Remote) | Salary: $115,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are looking for a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our growing remote team. You’ll work with individuals and families to address a wide variety of issues, from relationship struggles to personal growth, all within a telehealth setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families.
- Tailor your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
- Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients and team members.
- Keep thorough records of client interactions and progress.
- Continue expanding your therapeutic skills through ongoing learning.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
- 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
