About This Role The Urgent Care Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for promoting health, preventing illness, and providing patient-centered care. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to compliance with nursing standards and fostering a healing environment. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience Location: Vestal, NY Facility: UHS Walk-In Vestal Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Protect, promote, and optimize health and abilities. Prevent illness and injury through diagnosis and treatment. Advocate for individuals and families in care. Ensure compliance with New York State Nurse Practice Act and UHS policies. Promote a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing. Experience: At least 1 year experience in a healthcare setting. Licenses & Certifications: Current NY State RN license. Documentation of current CPR certification required within 1 week of start of employment. Preferred: Office specific certifications (e.g., Oncology Cert, Lactation Consultant, Wound/Ostomy Cert).
