Greenskeeper

Rouge Park Golf Course is looking for greenskeepers for the golf season. The Greenskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course. Ideal candidates have a passion for landscaping and the game of golf. Beginner Greenskeepers are welcome – while knowledge of grounds maintenance is preferred, previous experience is not required for the position. Part‑time and full‑time seasonal positions will be available. Responsibilities Maintains clean work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility Helps with the daily set‑up of the golf course Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees and other areas Rakes and maintains sand bunkers Assists in turf maintenance practices such as aerifying, topdressing, and seeding Preforms general landscape maintenance using handheld tools Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license.
