Supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment program, the full-time Recruitment Advisor will assist hiring managers throughout the contract labor acquisition process, leveraging a team of recruitment agencies to manage requisition intake, candidate shortlisting, and contractor management. Key responsibilities Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process, including requisition intake, sourcing, and onboarding Prepare insightful questions for requisition intake sessions and document conversations in the appropriate database Monitor supplier sourcing strategies and manage performance against contract SLAs, ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment within staffing/recruiting or corporate HR, preferably in a global organization Fluency in both English and Vietnamese at a native or business level Experience or good working knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance-related sectors is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
