BODYWORKS, a H2 Health company, is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team in Beckley, WV.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a collaborative physical therapy and occupational therapy environment. You'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting patients throughout their visit, from scheduling and check-in to preparing for therapy and assisting with non-skilled activities directed by a licensed therapist. These responsibilities align with H2 Health's Therapy Support Specialist role.

Your Role

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients.
• Support patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needs.
• Assist with EMR tasks, referrals, and patient records.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy.
• Assist with exercises and functional activities as directed by a licensed therapist.
• Keep therapy equipment and clinic spaces clean, safe, and ready.
• Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinic team members.
• Help the team stay organized so clinicians can focus on patient care.

This is a non-skilled therapy support role and does not involve independently evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, or providing services that require professional therapy licensure.
