Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while handling tools, equipment, and vehicle systems. Conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs (brakes, suspension, exhaust, etc.). Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, labor hours, and vehicle conditions to ensure compliance. Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to communicate vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and costs to customers. Uphold commitment to customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing concerns professionally. Continuously update skills through training, workshops, and company resources to stay current with industry trends. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous automotive repair experience or technical training preferred. Basic understanding of automotive systems and components. Familiarity with diagnostic equipment. Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and uphold quality standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
