RN Float

Job Overview The RN Float provides clinical support across multiple departments, clinics, or provider teams as needed. This role is responsible for rooming patients, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, assisting with examinations and procedures, administering medications and injections as directed, performing documentation in the electronic medical record, and supporting patient care while adapting to various work locations and providers. Candidate must demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Education and Experience

• Graduate from an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Compact IN/KY RN license
• Valid driver's license in good standing and driving record
• CPR provider certification required.

Will float between Deaconess Allergy EAST Evansville, IN & Deaconess Allergy in Owensboro, KY Monday-Friday Dayshift No Weekends/No Holidays

Pay Range: Clinic RN- $26.04-$36.45 This position is eligible for an additional premium, which is paid above the posted base rate.
