What You Will Do:

• Operate presses, insertion press, and cathode formation stations in accordance with established Process Operating Instruction Sheets (P.O.I.S.) and safety guidelines.

• Perform precise machine setups and changeovers to ensure smooth production flow.

• Inspect parts meticulously to verify quality standards are met.

• Record accurate production data on lot traveler tickets to maintain traceability and compliance.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or related experience.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to read and interpret written and verbal instructions effectively.

• Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as required.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift : 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM (Monday–Friday)

• 2nd Shift : 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM (Monday–Friday)

• 3rd Shift : 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM (Monday–Friday)

This position is essential to manufacturing operations and involves the use of controlled technology sensitive to ITAR and EAR regulations, which may restrict access to some foreign nationals or require appropriate licensing.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
