Position: Occupational Therapist
Hours: 8 Hour Days, Monday - Friday
Flexible hours between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
No weekends, no holidays, no on-call or callback requirements
Call-Off Policy: Must call or text your leader
Required Skills:
- Orthopedic knowledge of upper extremity
- Manual therapy experience preferred
- Willingness to float to inpatient and home health as needed
- Minimum 2 years experience in outpatient therapy
- Kansas state license required
Education:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Salary:
- Starting at $35.00/hour
- Negotiable/rate increase based on experience
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment
Charting System:
- Meditech
Unit Overview:
- 49 licensed beds
- Small community hospital near El Dorado State Lake
- 30 minutes northeast of Wichita
- Close to Kansas City
