Regional Sector Leader, K-12

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Sector Leader K-12 to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Drive growth and profitability of the K-12 Sector in the region Collaborate with leaders to win, pursue, and execute projects Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills Develop an annual business plan with client opportunities and growth strategies Provide fiscal leadership to meet profit and growth targets Regularly report on sector performance and strategy Influence industry thought leadership through publications and public speaking Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of professional experience in the K-12 Sector Proven leadership experience managing teams and strategic growth Excellent communication skills for client relations and team coordination Advanced knowledge of design, construction methods, and sales/marketing Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex problems Eligibility to work on K-12 projects without non-compete restrictions Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Disability and wellness programs Flex spending account Paid holidays and time off 401(k) plan Employee stock ownership opportunities Bonus opportunities Four-day in-office work model with flexible Fridays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
