What You’ll Be Doing:

Running service and maintenance calls with professionalism and expertise

Occasionally assisting with installs
Completing paperwork using an electronic device for efficiency
Supporting the HVAC team and collaborating with fellow techs
Mentoring junior technicians and helping them grow
Attending trainings and regular team meetings to stay sharp

Schedule:

Start time: 8 AM
End time: Typically 5 PM (varies by season)

Rotating on-call schedule

Who We’re Looking For:

2-5 Year residential HVAC experience required
