STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Production Coordinator to join the team. This position is responsible for supporting the production team by organizing logistics, maintaining schedules, coordinating communication, and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Planners to understand and prioritize work orders
• Work with outside processing suppliers to expedite orders
• Authorized to issue purchase orders to outside processing suppliers
• Coordinate with all departments to monitor and improve lead time
• Effectively communicates with Customer Service to status the progress of critical commits
• Maintain accurate records of materials and components
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
