  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the symptoms and severity of mood disorders, ensuring a clear understanding of their mental health status.

  • Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, enhancing their understanding of the therapeutic process.

  • Monitor clients’ progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

  • Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring clients receive well-rounded support.

  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to continually improve treatment methodologies.
