Mediterraneo at Westlake Village Inn offers a premier dining experience with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, exceptional service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team and provide an exceptional first impression to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
2. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
3. Assist with coordinating guest seating to ensure optimal service flow
4. Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
5. Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service
6. Handle guest inquiries and reservations over the phone
7. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
8. * Sunday Morning Availability

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is a must)
